We were a little bit concerned going into buying a new build with all the horror stories that are out there, but we can honestly say that the process of buying with Bloor has made us recommend it to everyone buying a first home. From the start Wendy, Nicola and the others in the sales team helped answer any questions we had and made sure we had all the information we needed. The buying process was pretty smooth and the build was on schedule too. Since moving in our site team have been so helpful and have started working to address our snags straight away. Everyone has been so friendly along the way and have made sure we have everything we need. We're delighted with our home. Couldn't recommend the process highly enough!

Stud walls and no plaster, soft wood banister so it wobbles, tap one wall and stuff on a shelf in the other falls on the floor. Doors don't line up after 12 months, so no need to use the handles to open doors as they click shut anyway. And if you do use the handles they eventually come loose and fall off.
Shut a back door a little to hard and the while house shakes. Need I go on because I really could.
