Paul recently installed an additional radiator, pipe work and a wireless thermostat on my parent’s heating system in Illogan Redruth.He also carried out an annual service on the gas boiler replacing a couple of worn parts

Fantastic ultra efficient service, friendly and explained carefully and clearly where the problem was and very kindly got our prehistoric boiler working for us across the Xmas. Following this Paul fitted a new boiler All I can say is that the qualty of work was fantastic, and exceptionally clean and tidy workers. We hardly knew they were there 🙂 Paul took time to make sure the new boiler was set up to meet our needs and explained carefully how to control it. The boiler is phenomenal, never felt heat like it. Paul is punctual, professional very knowledgeable. He solved a problem with my heating system that previous engineers would have done but only by replacing parts that really didn't need replacing, all it needed was someone who knew what they were doing, Paul is that person, I will not hessitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced heating engineer.

There is a saying that good trades people are hard to find. It should add that exceptional ones are miraculous. Blueburn fall into that category. I've had multiple radiators replaced add repaired, boiler fixed and served repeatedly and every time, without fail Paul has sorted problems before they would even start to be noticed. Alot in the same game would be happy a boiler failed because a filter or something that is not part of a service failed, so they could charge for another visit. Paul is beyond honest and goes the extra mile to make the boiler work as best as it can without having to charge for unnecessary work. The only thing I worry about is to many people finding out about his services and level of care and then having to book him 18 months in advance.

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Have used a number of times to service and repair my old Worcester boiler. Recently decided to replace and relocate the boiler. Had several companies visit and quote for various brands of boiler and decided to go with BlueBurn after recommendation from a friend. They installed an Intergas Rapid 32 combi boiler. Happy with both the service and the boiler.
