We asked Booth Construction to build a 2 storey side extension creating a purpose built gym and 2 extra bedrooms. The outcome far exceeded what we thought was possible. The entire team is supremely professional but also extremely engaging and accommodating. Everything we asked above our original plans was sorted without hesitation. Even with everything that is going on in todays world the project was brought in on schedule which I believe partly down to the amount of Aldi cappuccinos they got through

Excellent company to deal with. Had two new VELUX windows fitted into roof. Very professional and the workmen were fantastic and cleaned up after themselves. Left the place spotless. Had no problems leaving a key with them. Would highly recommend them and have asked them to quote for further work to be done on two chimneys. Definitely the best company in Gainsborough and surrounding areas.

We had the pleasure of having Booth construction work on our kitchen project in an old stone property, which we wanted to be in keeping with the age of the building. Phil was able to offer experienced, friendly and professional advice with high quality work in all areas from flooring and replastering to electrics. Initial communication with Claire was efficient - I was able to discuss what I wanted doing, get sensible, experienced and realistic advice about how, when and how much, and get started. Phil oversaw the different trades to co-ordinate the job brilliantly, as well as laying a lot of heavy flagstones with genuine care, patience and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Booth construction.

We have ended up with a fantastic kitchen after Booth Construction completed our renovations. Not just a new kitchen but three rooms renovated, by removing floors, ceilings and walls, electrical rewire, new boiler, external door moved and new window installed - all in a Listed building. Phil has knowledge of extra considerations needed on such buildings and was able to answer lots of my questions.
A complete demolition job in half the house but the end result is so amazing. Phil was able to oversee all the different trades and there was someone in the house working everyday for six weeks. Near the end they came to sort out any glitches or issues that arose. Thoroughly nice people to deal with from start to finish.

We had Booth's in to do a new damp proof course, put in a french drain, repoint the chimney and replaced/repointed the ridge tiles. The work was done with minimum mess, they cleaned up after each job. One day the workman was sick and they got someone to replace him the next day so we were not inconvenienced. Happy, polite workers who kept us informed every step of the way. Phil came with them to start with to let them and us know what was happening and then Claire kept us updated as to who/when they were coming. An excellent job was done. Highly recommended.

Can I say that right from the start the first impressions were excellent and we never altered our opinion, everything was carried out with professionalism at all times, nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to keep you happy. All the work carried out was done to a high standard. We had a new floor, ceiling, plastering, new doors, lighting and a fantastic high spec kitchen . Well done Phil and Claire, your guys are a credit to you.

We approached Booth construction to turn a mezzanine floor in our warehouse into a heated closed office space. Booth's were very professional, responsive and timely in all aspects of their work. The work was completed to high quality standards. The whole process of the conversion was smooth which enabled our warehouse to keep functioning throughout.
