Absolutely fantastic service from Martin and his team

Its the second garage Martin has built for me.

Good quality, made to exactly the size and spec I wanted, at a fraction of the cost I was quoted for a brick built garage

Copy of email sent to Boston Sectional Buildings

Hi Martin,

Yet again you have failed to respond to my email, text and telephone calls.

If I have not heard from you by cease work on Monday 20th September I will cancel the order and stop the cheque for the deposit.

When I made enquiries about supplying a workshop you told be 3 weeks for delivery, it is now 7 weeks since I placed the order, the only reason I placed the order with your company was for the quick lead time but you have failed to live up to your commitment.

I understand that you have had difficulties sourcing doors, however you have failed to keep me updated and I find it nearly impossible to contact you.

I look forward to hearing from you on Monday, but if not then this email will be the cancellation of the order and no further correspondence will be entered into.

DO NOT USE

I asked this company to install a garage.

Came and quoted, seemed reasonable and arranged a date.

Reversed a huge concrete lorry down the drive, cracked the concrete driveway, reversed over the kitchen drain a chipped a corner off the concrete for that.

Poured 10x20 ft base in the rain, did not cover it over and looked like it had been used as a bombing range with more craters than the moon.

When was asked about base, response was its my fault as i have a tree.

(All he had to do was cover it)

Asked politely a few times and agreed garage would be built. Installed garage, month later base cracked a 1” wide straight across the middle of the base.
