I love my home but it is tainted, the company has been very reluctant to deal with problems since manufacture. I have hopefully solved the main leak problems which turn out to be linked to the gutters whereas BM would just turn up and seal around the windows. After 5 years the wood is saturated and rotten at the head of the gutters and much of the wall local to that area is saturated. I am very sorry to be putting this review up but experience has told me that the office will not respond. The lads who turn up on site are fantastic.

Having moved into our new build property in late 2017 we are very happy with our ‘Grand Designs’ style house. Boutique Modern send their team within the first year to ‘snag’ any problems and a special mention must go to ‘Jim’ who we found to be the consummate professional in his work in remedying the snagging issues found.
Over the years that we have been here I have contacted BM on a few occasions to ask various questions regarding our build and have always found Lucas Shone (the Projects Director) to be extremely helpful in getting back to me promptly with answers.
Everyone that sees our house loves the look of it and having seen the guys at BM complete a project on the ITV program ‘Grand Designs’ we feel fortunate to live here.
