Donna Clorley the sales representative for Northdale Park was amazing from start to finish. Everything was executed in a timely manner and very professional. She made the whole process of buying our first home very smooth!

We were meant to buy a different home (our first choice) and we happily settled for our second choice after loosing out on our first due to our mortgage approval taking time. As we were about to sign the contracts, our first choice house buyer fell through. I called Donna asking if we could change our house to our first choice, and she said absolutely like it was no trouble at all!

I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work, we are extremely happy in our home and so grateful she made it happen.

Absolutely delighted with my new home- I love everything about it. I had a fair few reservations when I contemplated buying a new build but the whole process was smooth and the few minor snags were fixed almost immediately, with no fuss at all. The quality of the build is great (confirmed by the professional swagger I engaged when I first moved in).

The higher spec of build is definitely noticeable against some other developers.

We have had an awful experience. Having paid our deposit July 22 for a house that would be ready in Nov 22, here we are in Apr 23 and hoping that the house will be ready mid-May. Had no communication or service from the developers, just dealing with poor Estate agent staff who are ‘stuck in the middle’. Not allowed to visit Site, had one visit since last July. The constant delays have cost us a fortune, which the developer is not willing to help with. Losing faith that it’ll ever happen, and all excitement of our new house has totally gone.

Postscript… I have never been so incensed to write a negative review before, but that was how I felt at the time.
But, we finally moved in to the house mid-May 23 and I have to say that we love our new home.
We had got to the point after all of the poor service prior to taking ownership, that we were fearing the worst regarding the standard of build.
There were some snags but of a reasonable level, and the team have been fantastic in quickly resolving any issues that we had.
Credit where credit is due… Bowbridge are creating a lovely development here at Rotherby Manor, and once in the home we cannot speak highly enough of the service that we have received from the team.
A measure of a Company is often how they respond when things go wrong, and Bowbridge have certainly restored our confidence in them.

1.Good quality houses. Yes, new built houses are nothing like it used to be. Still our snagging inspector was very pleased with quality. 2.Well designed estate. Very spacious with common green bit and playground. Also they've done they best to avoid houses positioned with windows vis-a-vis your neighbour windows. 3.Neighbours considerate construction. Very little disruption to residents i.e. noise, traffic, deliveries etc.

Absolute nightmare! Avoid! Snagging issues pending resolution for over 3 months with no information when they are going to be resolved and no progress!

All my issues were raised within 18 months, from mid Nov through December. Yet you still have done nothing every time providing different excuses! In line with the exchanged contracts all issues raised within 2 years should be addressed by the developer! You are acting against the contract! I hope people can see these comment and think twice before buying from you because the whole experience was nothing more than just a nightmare and the houses you sell don’t meet building regulations!
