Avoid working with these at all costs every site I've been on has been ran by clowns, handing out yellow cards for not having your gloves on whilst doing nothing about the loose hand rail on the stairs, the wires hanging from the doorways, the excavator working on the area the "walk way" into the building was. Absolute clowns.
