We recently had some understair storage installed by Boyle Developments and the whole experience has been brilliant. From the start, the company was great to work with and we couldn’t be happier. The initial meeting to go through ideas was great and they were able to provide us with a spec that met our needs and stayed in our budget. The building of the cupboards was excellent and to the highest standards and has provided us with the storage we needed. Cannot recommend these guys enough and will definitely use them in the future. We had our kitchen and garage converted into an open plan Kitchen/Diner space, and we couldn't be happier with the result!

B A Boyle did the full conversion, which included knocking through walls, installing bi-fold doors, routing all of the electrics/plumbing and also fitting the new kitchen. The layout and space has transformed our home. We also had a false chimney put in place to house our TV, Fire and sound bar in the living room, which has rounded off a very modern feel to our entire downstairs area.

The guys were very professional in their approach and we are very pleased with the quality of work that's been provided.

We embarked upon our extension project with a certain amount of fear and trepidation given the number of trades and potential pitfalls involved, but we need not have worried. We made the decision to let Brendan and the team do everything, and hence we had no project management problems to deal with ourselves. We gave Brendan details of the fixtures and fittings we wanted, and he sourced them all according to the build schedule.
The quality and finish of the work is fantastic, and we are more than happy with the result. It has totally changed the way we use the house and outside area. There were a few unforeseen problems along the way, but these were all dealt with professionally and without unduly upsetting the timescales.
Brendan’s team are all craftsmen, determined to do a high-quality job. They kept the site as clean and tidy as possible, which we really appreciated as we lived at the property throughout. A temporary kitchen was built in our integral garage and work was arranged to minimise the time we were without facilities. They were polite and courteous at all times and went the extra mile if required.
BA Boyle and Son LTD are a highly skilled company that are dedicated to working with the customer to build them their dream home and we highly recommend them.

We approached B.A. Boyle to request some layout changes and upgrades to our Ipswich office.

We needed an existing staircase removed and reversed so that we would have improved security and workflow. Brendan attended very promptly with a positive, can-do attitude. We received a competitive quote swiftly and he was appointed for the works. The team started the project weeks ahead of schedule. We were kept informed every step of the way and the quality of the workmanship by every one of the team was outstanding.
After the staircase was completed we required a fire safety corridor to be installed so that staff would have a protected route from that section of the office through to the fire escape. Brendan has a can-do attitude and worked closely with the building control inspector to ensure that all of the legal requirements were followed with a high attention to detail. Once the work was completed it passed the signoff stage without hitch due to Brendan’s diligence and hard work.

Both of these projects have B.A. Boyle’s warranty attached to them, which gives us complete peace of mind should we need any future issues.
We were impressed by how they:

- Progressed the project at a good pace, done to a high standard
- Showed professionalism and friendliness
- Took ownership and responsibility for the project

We recently contacted Boyle developments to construct some walls, fit a pocket door and plasterboard to what is now a fully functional en suite for our client, Brendan and team were a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, turned up on time and always made sure it was tidy at the end of the day. I contacted Brendan as I needed a back door bricking up ready to create a utility space. Brendan and the team were fantastic from start to finish. The work was carried out to very high standard, tradesman were polite and the area was kept clean for us throughout. In the summer of 2023, we made the decision to renovate our house for health reasons.
After meeting Brendan and being impressed his company could take on and complete the whole job, we decided to have them do the work which involved; demolition of a single storey kitchen, construction of a new larger single storey extension to include a fitted kitchen, an additional living space room/bedroom and a fully compliant wet room.
Besides building the new extension, they completely gutted the original house, carried out a total rewire, installed new central heating system, replastered all walls and ceilings, fitted new suite and retiled bathroom, renewed most of the carpentry, flooring, redecorated throughout, and laid a new patio.
We made a few changes to the plans along the way, which didn’t appear to faze Brendan and his team. They were always very approachable and nothing appeared too much trouble.
Since the project has been completed, they have been quick to sort out any snagging issues, which there has been very few considering the amount of work we had done.
