What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions or changes we had were handled without fuss. Ade kept us informed throughout, and his workmanship speaks for itself—the quality of the build is excellent.

We are so very pleased with our garage conversion. When we were looking for quotes, I found it quite overwhelming finding a builder to put our trust into. We were recommended to Bridgemere Building Services by a friend, and they certainly did not disappoint! The finish is fantastic! Ade and his team were just brilliant, worked so hard, were there when they said they would be, they were friendly and explained the whole process. Very professional service. We had an issue with one of the latches in the window being faulty. Ade was on it to fix it and liaised with the window manufacturer for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Their good reputation proceeds them, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Very happy customer.

Well where do I start? With the minefield of finding a reputable builder we were very lucky to stumble upon Bridgemere to undertake a single storey extension for us. Upon our first meeting with Ade we were immediately put at ease, as we had had a number of other "tradesmen" visit to quote but as I'm a big believer in first impressions none impressed. We had a couple of issues along the way (as have to be expected with a reasonably large build) but Ade and his team were very professional with the way these were dealt with and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, always striving to resolve any issue that we encountered along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Ade and his team for any future build work, reliable, trustworthy, prompt, professional, experienced and always there when you need to contact. Before we found Bridgemere it seemed impossible that our build was going to happen. Tricky situation with neighbors, difficult steels and just a big project with complications thrown in. From the start they dealt with everything with professionalism supported by a clear knowledge of what they were talking about. As with any larger project 'issues' arose but the manner within which these were dealt with meant that we remained informed and happy throughout the project. The builders onsite were friendly and made sure to tidy up after themselves aiming to reduce the impact on family life. Comments were made by surrounding neighbors how hard they worked all day and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The main aim of this company seems to be to get it done correctly and safely causing the least inconvenience and doing it with a smile. Did it always go to plan...no, did we expect it to...no, did Bridgemere do everything possible to make sure that we were happy with the end product....ABSOLUTELY and for this reason I would have no doubt in using them again or recommending them to anyone that asked. Good builders are extremely hard to find and thankfully we found Bridgemere. Who are not only good but genuinely seemed to care about our family and went above and beyond to support us through the build. Will never be able to thank them enough!
