Would give a zero if possible!

Our landscaper had a higher than average cost and admitted this and said this was due to being registered with Bali so if there are any issues, they would sort it out.

Fast forward to landscaper not completing our job after throwing a hissy fit. Later said was due to personal issues and apologised and unwilling to pay for someone else to resolve.

All evidence provided to Bali. As well as the job having been paid for and not completed, jobs done were also surfacing to be poor such as slabs and grouting coming lose within months, subbase under grass being left, areas of tiles with no subbase. Quality issues as well as not finishing job.

Case allocated to Owen who never replied to emails despite constantly chasing up. Would call to try to speak to him and he is never around. 2 years later and a pathetic amount of repayment from landscaper was advised. About 20 emails and several calls later to ask how we go about getting this and no replies.

I have written evidence of all this and how many calls and emails sent chasing up.

Being BALI registered is not something to be reassure by and when it comes to it, they support the landscaper. When we advised the landscaper we were taking this to BALI he wrote back saying nothing will happen as they know me and we are mates. He was sadly right

Full job paid for. Job not completed and what's done, parts are already falling apart. Owen at BALI doesn't bother responding and we still haven't been told how we get the fraction of money the money BALI feel we are owed. Has been rude and unhelpful and have emails showing this!

Avoid anything to do with BALI!
