Since our purchase of a new build on the Broughton Park development in September, Stewart Milne's workforce, in both Customer Services and the on-site team, have continued to exceed our expectations, again this week responding positively to a request made to the site team. The development is very well designed with open green space areas and surrounded by open countryside. A thumbs up from us!

Terrible build quality, and standard of finish in their show homes and completed plot that we saw at Broughton Park, reviews elsewhere online made me very cautious and wary and when I asked the sales rep about them he said he isn’t going to respond and defend them, then went on his phone whilst we were walking with him, very rude person and terrible service.

Speaking to others it seems that this company is known for its shoddy work and have a laughable reputation in the industry
