We moved into our new home built by Bruckland Developments in February 2022. At the time of writing this review we have been in our new home around six months.

Handover.
On moving in day, I met with Joe the developer for handover. He walked with me around our new home and showed me how everything worked. He presented me with a House Manual containing all the documents and certificates relating to the property and a hamper.
Before leaving, Joe stressed to me that they are not gone and they don’t disappear, if we had any questions, concerns, or queries at all, they were at the end of the phone and were there to help.
The Hamper contained not only the nice treats and drinks you might expect to find in any good hamper but also all a thoughtful collection of cleaning products for the specific surfaces around the house. This proved to be a useful and thoughtful touch.
Bruckland left us with a selection of paints used around the property for touching up, just in case something became marked whilst moving in.

After six months.
We have had six months living in our new home, and we love it. We have found it to be a very practical and well thought through design and layout.
Our house is well insulated and thermally efficient. Something we will certainly benefit from this coming winter especially with the rising energy costs. Bruckland also fitted a wood burner in this house, what foresight.
As with any new property as it settles, we have had a few visits from tradesmen sent by Bruckland to address snag items, mostly surface cracks etc. Everyone we have met has been polite, courteous, and helpful.

Conclusion.
We have friends that also have purchased newly built homes from other developers and they just don’t compare. This house is built to last with solid walls throughout and real timber used where others seemingly use matchsticks
We receive great customer service that leaves us feeling confident and supported. We would recommend Bruckland Developments and their houses without hesitation.

Bruckland developments have built us a beautiful family home, something to be proud of.

I satisfied with the work Bruckland Developments !
Specially Joe, Joe has high communication and execution skills, even though we have been moving to a new house for a while, he still cares about our living condition/comfort. All the staff were friendly and polite. We recommend Bruckland Developments.

There aren’t many companies that I would personally recommend but Bruckland Developments is one of them. I’ve always loved the idea of building my own home but wouldn’t know where to start. I purchased off plan, initially I found this daunting but it was the best thing I have ever done. I was able to have an input on the kitchen layout and the finishes. I have the new house I always dreamed of and didn’t have to do any of the work.
