Unfortunately at this time I cannot recommend Bryceson Shaw. I was looking for a simple set of plans for application to the local authority for a small single storey extension. Initial site visit from Peter in August 2021 was promising, with a lead time of a week or two for initial draft. After a few weeks of no updates I enquired with reference to the plans and advised he had been busy but would do them by the following week. Week after week passed with the same response. After seven weeks I have cut my losses and gone elsewhere. Peter is polite and I am sure a very capable architect, unfortunately his customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I could not hold him to any date for completion of the plans and lost faith that they would ever materialise. I suspect as it was a small project and therefore not particularly lucrative, I was always at the bottom of the priority list.
