I’d never set up a business before and wasn’t sure where to start. I googled, and BryteBridge was one of the companies I researched. I used them because I could call in and speak to someone versus doing it all online. When I called, I spoke with David who walked me through the process, sent me a link to their client center, answered some questions in less than 10 minutes, and then did the rest. The online portal was excellent because I could monitor the progress and ask questions. They also have a knowledge center with a ton of information that was helpful to research while waiting for everything to get set up. I liked the combination of speaking to someone and doing things online. They made the whole thing simple – they knew what they were doing and were super professional. I didn’t have to worry about the details and could keep my focus on the big picture.

The Claremont Courier is a small full service media company in Southern California that produces a weekly newspaper, daily website, newsletters, video, YouTube and more. We changed to a 501-C3 nonprofit from a for-profit in order to raise more revenue and better connect with the communities we serve.

This made our taxes overly complex. So complex, I could not find an nonprofit CPA who had the expertise to handle our taxes correctly. Let alone help us manage the paperwork required every year as a nonprofit. This may seem impossible given we had so many people available in the Los Angeles area, but sadly true.

After failing three times using experienced accountants, our revenue and expenses had to be divided as nonprofit and unrelated (for-profit taxable) and then match.

Finally, we heard about this company in Florida that had helped businesses like us. What makes it work is their outstanding staff, coupled with the fact each employee has a focus and specialty. It's not one accountant handling all aspects of filing yearly documents, taxes, annual reports, state charity docs and more. Get a question from the IRS? No problem, BB handles it. And when we needed reinstatement (do to the issues listed above), there was another team that handled this better than we ever expected. You will not find a better collection of people, that specialize in so many areas of nonprofit business management than BryteBridge.

Best of all, they call you back! Probably my biggest pet-peeve in dealing with accountants who accept your business and money, then disappear because they are too busy.

There is no question BryteBridge saved Claremont's oldest 117 year-old business. We owe them a lot and highly recommend them.

BryteBridge has been very helpful in creating our 501c3. They handled all the paperwork, as we didn't have the first clue on who to contact or where to start, to create the 501c3. Turns out there's alot of places to contact and alot to be done, if you want it done correctly and in compliance. They handled the paperwork - in record time, I might add - so that we can focus on helping ppl and animals. And we still reach out to them when we have questions. Highly recommended. A+++

I was hoping to have an experience similar to a lot of these positive reviews, but sadly I was on the other side of these reviews. Communication was extremely poor. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because Cam Triggs was amazing and the only one I could rely on for getting on the phone in a timely manner. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with the specialist assigned to our project, so I asked for a refund. They were very quick to issue the refund and I didn't have any issues there. The specialist was remorseful and apologetic. So I appreciated that.
