Had a new boiler from Luke and the service from start to finish was great.

Luke is very knowledgeable and I felt confident in what he was saying and recommending- he even came out on bank holiday Monday to provide a quote as my boiler had stopped working.

They left the property clean and tidy. A very professional outfit with fair pricing. I would recommend B-Tech to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Boiler replacement together with several replacement radiators

The service provided from the initial consultation on what was required, through to the installation was exemplary.

The advice given on what equipment to change was clear and the difference in costs versus performance explained. I got the impression I was being sold the solution suitable for me rather than an unnecessary more expensive one.

The work was carried out on time and to the quoted price with no hidden extras. The neatness of the work was incredible with no mess to clear up, packaging or rubbish to dispose of. Protection was even given to all of the flooring whichever area of the house they were working in.

On top of the high quality of work, the guys were a pleasure to have working in our home.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luke and Tom going forward and will look forward to having them back to service our new system on an annual basis.

I can honestly say I have never had such great service from a company. Luke and Tom were a pleasure to have in our home. The workmanship was outstanding and they left the house cleaner than when they started! We had a new boiler and also wanted it moved to the airing cupboard from the kitchen, as well as some replacement radiators. The work was done effortlessly and without any disruption. You get what you pay for and with this company you get a brilliant service. Thank you so much.
