A very positive experience, from start to finish, with our Wickes kitchen installation. At very shot notice (less than a week!), Mitch, Andy and his team did a first class job. We are so pleased with our kitchen and also relieved - we had been living without a kitchen for a month.

The installation itself was done in 2 days and to a very high standard. But I think the thing my husband and I were even more impressed by, was the excellent standard of communication and customer service. Mitch, Andy and the whole team were just so kind, thoughtful and empathetic, which was really appreciated by us.

After a frustrating experience with another company, I reached out to Mitch about fitting out our utility room after finding Buckswood Kitchens online. Mitch was quick to respond, polite and helpful and came and quoted for the work quickly. We were keen to get the work completed before Christmas as we already had the units sitting in our garage and Mitch was thankfully able to fit us in due to an unexpected gap in his schedule.

During the work Mitch uncovered a few surprises which set things back a little, but he kept us fully updated, provided helpful solutions and was very sympathetic. It was so refreshing to have someone be honest and open about the situation, and not just cover the issues up! His team were always friendly, polite and tidied up well at the end of the day.

The work has been completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the end result. I wouldn't hesitate to get Mitch and his team back when the time comes to replace our main kitchen.

Very pleased with my new Howdens kitchen & flooring fitted by Mitch and his team. From my initial enquiry months before work started until completion, Mitch responded promptly to emails/texts. He quoted quickly with a reasonable price.
Mitch and his team were professional, polite & respectful and completed the job to a high standard. He also alerted me to some existing wiring that needed attention and recommended an electrician. In addition he also helpfully offered to fit a tap on the stopcock, which had been missing for years!
Buckswood Kitchen Installations were reliable and finished the job on time. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very happy with the kitchen installation by Buckswood. Mitch kept us up to date on all the work and was very helpful and professional at all times. He was clearly very busy but always made time to discuss options and ensure we understood what was happening and why. He was also very accommodating when we changed things or the house was fighting us.
Particularly happy with the price, which was very reasonable. We have already asked Mitch to quote for other jobs around the house, as he and his team are well worth it.
