From the first point of contact we made to Bude windows to the last, we have genuinely experienced and enjoyed possibly one of the most positive customer relations ever!!

We had a lean-to conservatory that was typical of its time. It was uncomfortably hot for most of the summer and cold, damp and extremely costly to heat in the winter. it also produced harmful mould, not only that…Our living room was also shrouded in darkness from it and we had to use a form of lighting for most of the time..even in the summer.

Daniel came after I contacted them, he listened patiently and considered our ideas and he came up with a perfect design that fitted in well with our budget. All I can advise at this point is to trust what he tells you. It is based on experience and because these people really know what they’re talking about and look at every angle of possibilities. They have plenty of ideas and examples from previous builds they’ve constructed that really helped us come up with a solution to all our problem areas too.

Dan who is one of the construction team came around too for a site visit and any little niggles and worries we had were reassuringly sorted out. He supported opening up the living room further to give maximum light and extended the orangery so it gave us the best possible floor space too.

Megan is the coordinator and fits all the plans and the needs of it all together. She has been with us working in the background from the point of contact to the day of completion. We really can’t thank her enough for all of her support.

The Guys who constructed our Orangery, Dan, Jason, Stan, Ben and Nigel AKA Martin, Alan and others that popped along during our build, we are humbled by all the hard work and commitment…21 working days from start to finish…Astonishing! We found them all very professional and skilled at each of their trades and extremely knowledgeable.They work so well together as a team and also generously offered us valuable advice and shared ideas with us during the build too. They are a real credit to the company. We enjoyed their company and having them in our home. They’re polite, friendly, respectful and very, very kind and even our neighbours remarked on how charming they were and how they too missed all the laughter and banter after they’d gone.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We now have an amazing space to live in. The orangery is full of light, comfortable and so well constructed. We certainly appreciate and are both so ‘over the moon’ with our new space. It has brought the sunshine back and the build will truly transform our lives.

I am absolutely delighted with the new conservatory that Bude Windows have built on my property. This was a really big job and every stage of it was done brilliantly. They removed our old porch, cleared the groundwork, built the conservatory, finished all the plastering and to top it all paved between the conservatory and our summerhouse creating a lovely patio. All of the teams of workers were excellent. They really knew their job and were always polite, friendly and hard-working. The finished conservatory is superb and much more than I ever expected it to be. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them and will certainly use them again

During May and June 2024 we had a new conservatory (replacing an old, leaking original) and new upstairs windows fitted by Bude Windows and Conservatories. Our first experience of Bude Windows was in 2018 when we had our wooden windows replaced with UPVC chartwell green. The result was remarkable. The house felt renewed and fresh and the windows and doors were of high quality. The guys who came to fit the windows and doors were friendly, polite and a pleasure to be around and worked very tidily, removing their shoes to work inside and all rubbish. For this reason, we invited Bude Windows back to construct our fabulous orangery. They knocked through the rear of the property, constructed a 6m x4 m extension and installed an impressive roof lantern. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Now, everytime someone new visits the house they literally say, 'Wow!' when they open the door and enter our beautiful, new open-plan living area. Thank you so much Bude Windows.
