Very disappointed.

House in Horwich !!!!

Vikas approached us to complete the work! Provided a quote. Provided a contract. Provided a structural report. Started work and became illusive, refusing to attend site, respondto building control or Local Authority planning department or provide the structural calculations for the retaining walls he had built which we now have to correct ! Vikas has failed to complete the works contracted.

He did not supply the plans to the builders which has lead to sizes being incorrect and us having to pay for corrections. When raising a complaint with Vikas he refuses to respond.
VIKAS Pai Associates Ltd is linked to the this company. (SAME OWNER)

No concerns with the builders themselves but Vikas is not a project manager or a reputable engineer !! No engineering gone in to our required retaining walls. SHAME HE HAS LET HIS BUILDERS DOWN SO BADLY.

Been left with less house than we started with. It is absolutely disgusting a company like this can operate.!!

I have been left with no option but to leave a very poor review.

Fraudster - Be Aware **
I have never written any reviews in the past about anything, but here I am compelled to inform other's to be aware of this fraudster. This guy is a fraudster, he will give you a cheap quote, get you into a contract by taking advance money. Later on, either just before starting or in the middle would start demanding to increase the quoted & agreed price. For myself he signed a contract at £8K and then few days before starting the actual work has demanded me to pay £15K for a side extension.

- Never Give any Advance Money
- If you have been defrauded by this person, make sure you raise this with your bank and get your money as charged back.
- Make sure you report the issue to Trading Standards

I want to set the record correct, you had agreed to refund the deposit of £1200 after cancelling the contract on your part (as you mentioned below).
However, each time I demanded a refund you kept playing dirty tricks to avoid this and ran away from settling the issue amicably.
I repeatedly told you I won't exchange any remittance note until you return my money, because this would jeopardise my further legal actions (including existing charge back case against you) which I had planned because of your continuous non cooperation.

We are Mr & Mrs Craig Thomas we DID NOT WRITE THE REVIEW ON THIS SITE, IT IS NOT TRUE THAT OTHER BUILDERS WOULD NOT TAKE ON THE WORK WE WANTED DOING WE WENT WITH VIKAS BECAUSE HE SAID THE WORK COULD BE DONE IN 2 WEEKS. THE FIRST LOT OF BUILDERS THAT HE SENT ONLY PUT 1 FULL DAYS WORK IN IN NEARLY 2WEEKS THE SECOND LOT HE SENT WERE EASTEN EUROPEAN (Johnny &Mario) WHO DID NOT FOLLOW THE PLANS SET OUT BY HOWDENS TO MOVE PLUG SOCKETS
I HAVE SENT VIKAS MESSAGE TODAY TELLING HIM TO SEND A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN AS YET HE HAS NOT REPLIED HE IS QUICK ENOUGH TO GET PAYMENT FROM US BUT WHEN THINGS NEED SORTING HES NOT THAT QUICK,
