Working with BPC on our renovation was a pleasure. The team were professional, polite and courteous. Each stage of the project was completed on time, and we completed the whole project in the estimated time frame we were initially given, which was hugely helpful whilst we were renting elsewhere. The site was left tidy each day, despite the property being empty, which is credit to their standards. BPC managed the process with ease and a smile. We asked Build-Pro Construction for a quote for a substantial extension to our nearly 400-year old cottage. Matt & Dan came to look at the architect’s plans, & we talked through with them the complexities of extending a very old house with no foundations.
They came back with a very competitive price, & we decided to go with them, partly because of the price, but also because we liked both of them & felt that the house would be in good hands with them.
We are so glad we made that decision, as they went on to exceed our expectations.
All of the trades who worked for them were professional & polite, & all excellent at their trades.
We started building just as Covid struck, which could have been a disaster, but they instigated a few Covid protocols, & carried on working.
As predicted, the house threw up a variety of problems & challenges. Without fail, either Matt or Dan would appear at the house asap to work out a solution. Nothing seemed to phase them & they always had the answer - not always easy with such an old house!
They even dealt with issues that a third-party trade had left us with.
I found Matt & Dan to be completely transparent with regard to pricing, & they finished pretty much exactly when they said they would.
They completed a large two-storey extension, an orangery extension to the kitchen in the oldest part of the house, & the entire house was re-roofed, with some very complex lead-work, in this project.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Build-Pro Construction, & we would certainly ensure they were available, were we to do another project.

The team at BPC are fantastic. Reliable, hard working and professional. We knocked our bungalow down and built a 2 storey house. From start to finish Matt, Dan and the team were fantastic. We are over the moon with the conservatory conversion and rework of an existing room that Matt and Dan and the BPC team completed for us.
We were recommended Matt and Dan and had seen how the team had worked on a nearby property and were already impressed with the standard and quality of work but also presence onsite.
Needless to say they did not disappoint when working on our build! The quote we received was fair and the build came in on budget and within the time frame promised.
The level of communication was excellent which for us was really important and we really felt like we were kept in the loop and abreast of the situation.
The team onsite were fantastic, always friendly & knowledgeable and the trades that came in were also always polite and ready to answer our questions.
Dan checked in with the work that was being completed on a daily basis and Matt was great at coming round to see where the project was up to.
