Chris was recommended to us by a friend who spoke very highly of him. We asked him to carry out some building works which he did superbly, taking time and effort to ensure that the project was finished to a high specification. We cannot praise Chris highly enough for his meticulous workmanship, explaining what he was doing and why at each step of the process. He finished on time, within budget and we would have him back again any time.

Wet Room project.

From start to finish Chris delivered a first class service & impeccable workmanship. He was very informative & designed & then discussed the wet room plans with us. Chris was very professional & consulted us at every stage of the process. He liased with the electrician & floor fitter so we didn't need to worry about anything. Chris was especially great with my elderly parents as they continued to stay in the house whilst the work was completed . We can not fault his tidiness & time keeping which for my parents was important. In my Dad's words " He is a very friendly ,honest young man that was happy to go above & beyond." I would not hesitate to recommend Chris as he did such a marvellous job.

Chris has recently completed a garden project for me, including paving a patio area and sideways and building a pergola and raised bed pond with a waterfall blade. He also replaced the indoor stair rail and fitted spindles.
He is a friendly, polite young man and took the trouble to talk through the job with me, listening to my requirements, before planning the work. The project was meticulously planned and Chris continued to involve me in the detail throughout, keeping me informed of timescales and any hitches along the way. He will tell you if something is not possible and suggest alternative options and solutions. He has contacts with other trades that he can pull in when necessary.
Chris’s work is thorough and of a high standard, he is hard working and he leaves the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.
I am delighted with the finished project and already have plans to engage him for work in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly as a builder who ‘goes the extra mile’.
At the start of the project, I knew I wanted a raised pond, but this was just a vague picture in my head. I did not know whether it was practical or possible. Thank you Chris, for listening to my ideas, making suggestions and helping turn that picture into a reality!
