I previously left a negative review because of a selfish driver. However there was a police incident occurring at the time in the next street, of which I was unaware of. On the grounds that the company has reached out, and giving the driver the benefit of the doubt that he may have been supporting a family member in an emergency situation, I have improved my review significantly.

Unfortunately visitors to the next street constantly park on my drive to save driving around (there is a pedestrian cut through), causing us huge difficulties as a disabled family, but I acknowledge I have not previously seen the van there and the company have been willing to address the issue.

I'd like to thank the company for taking the time to contact me, it makes a difference and speaks well of their integrity.
