I was recommended this company by a Morgage advisor. Unfortunately our survey wasn’t communicated the best and the report after being in the property isn’t factual. We have since had a builder round and he is appalled that John the surveyor didn’t inspect key areas and instead just wrote couldn’t see in room etc. the property has severe diy floor issues that were not picked up on and to be honest was a lazy report. My friend also used the same company and no issues were reported and they have severe damp issues. I would avoid at all costs. I’ve also asked for a valuation and I was told it would be the same as I brought it at. Just very lazy. Avoid

I was informed by a future buyer that they had asked CWH to carry out a survey on our property after changing date and time of appointment twice the surveyor turned up half an hour late I introduced myself and explained that I had been a surveyor and manager in construction for over fifty years but this didn't seem to be of any interest as he continued to do a in depth survey taking pictures inside and out without permission at the end of the survey we asked about where the photos would end up and he stated in a secure place .We also asked for a comment on the result of the survey and he said he could not discuss but the bungalow was not falling down.We were astonished after spending thousands of pounds on renovation costs A week after the survey we were told that the buyer had withdrawn his offer due to findings in the survey of which we have no knowledge and we have been refused access to we have still got the original survey carried out by the mortgage lender no structural elements are apparent Please do not allow this company to do a survey on your property without having access to the final report
