I had a phone call quite soon after calling the breakdown service and was told the truck would be with me just after 6pm. He arrived at the time specified and tried multiple times to restart the battery. Unfortunately this was not possible so the vehicle was taken to my home address. The man who came out was very good, friendly and professional and explained what he was doing. He even worked over his time to get me home. Thank you.

From start of A30 back to midlands took 5 drops and pick ups from 5 service stations, links to pick ups waiting around for around 1 hour on each drop, taking a total of 10 hours to get back home. Drivers talkative which was nice, but wished they could take me further with less drop off points
