When it became clear I needed the service of a structural engineer in Norfolk I obtained a few quotes, and while not the cheapest I recieved, none were anywhere near as helpful, informative, supportive or as accommodating as Roy, Becky and team. To have been called on more than one occasion then when i call back to Again be asked if he could still come and then tell me i sound like i have a sore throat and am i ok was disgusting...how the hell did he diagnose that. So no you will not be coming to my property i found that so rude and was not happy with the comment at all.
