Thanks to Lee I'm realising my dream of the last 15years. I wanted to live off grid, close to nature, being as self sufficient as possible. I explained to Lee my dream in detail. He fully understood and went above and below, he designed me an off grid underground house! He got to know my likes and beliefs and incorporated all of me into my dream home. I now truly belong as my dream house is being built. Cannot wait to get it finished. So with this in mind, I cannot recommend Lee enough. He has won awards for the design of our incredible underground house!

Lee from Cambridge Architectual Design helped me with my extension to turn my house from a 3 bed into a 5 bed. There were several ways of achieving this and Lee worked closely with me, coming up with ideas of how I could achieve what I wanted while guiding me through how planning permission and building control would look at the different points of each option and doing all this while helping to keep a focus on the potential costs of each option too. It was an absolute delight working with Lee and I've recommended him to many other people. I have also worked with Lee on several other projects since this main project too and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. In this modern world of people questioning the authenticity of reviews, I would ask anyone with any questions to come and see me in The Ely Computer Centre and I will go into more detail about how great working with Lee was for me.

Found this guy through a google search after first visiting visiting two firms to discuss my extension and not being at all happy with the meetings and wow did I drop lucky. Lee from Cambridge Architectural Design is the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have come across in a long time. I engaged Lee to do both my planning permission and building regs approval which he had done efficiently overcoming all the bumps presented by the council. He is very good at keeping me in the loop at all times and provides drawings of every stage and his prices are very reasonable. I can thoroughly recommend him

I absolutely have to leave a review for Lee and his company. I was planning a recording studio, with a focus on environmentally friendly features. He went above and beyond with my plans, and managed to assist with ideas to support my budget, but also to include my ideas for the environment, the parking, and other important parts. If you’re looking for a passionate and skilled architect, this is it!
