Absolutely outstanding! Chris was exactly what we wanted and more. We have a small period property in Hartford and were very wary our plans to extend could potentially be met with some criticism given its prominent position and history. Chris was able to give realistic feedback to our plans, made a design that supported our vision and budget and planning approval went through FIRST TIME! We then followed up with an idea to add a parking space which with thorough research was not viable. Chris’ dedication, professionalism and ability to respond without delay or hesitation made every step of the planning process one of the least stressful aspects of the project. We can’t thank Campbell & McCrae enough and hope to work with them again in the future . 10/10.
