Straightforward and clear, Tom Cannon has guided us through the planning process for the rebuild of a dilapidated village house. Having taken on-board our own thoughts, he drew plans and presented 3D graphics until we arrived at our perfect design. He then steered the project through a pre-planning approval process so that there would be no untoward objections at the planning adjudication stage .
