The Best Builders I have ever encountered!
I have employed many builders in my life, but I can genuinely say Capital Services seem to have found the best builders in the business: They turned up on time every day, each one was professional and did an excellent job; they cleaned up after themselves and, without question, were polite and eager to please. After an unexpected leak at my property that caused significant damage Capital were appointed to manage my claim. I can honestly say they made a terrible situation better. All their trades did a great job, were on time, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. We are very pleased that our insurance company nominated Capital Services to undertake the repairs in our kitchen following a leak. The office staff, Jill and Donna were always helpful and polite, and the three tradesmen they used did a very professional job. They were always on time and made sure that they tidied up after they had finished each day. I cannot recommend the Company highly enough.

The 5 stars is largely due to the quality of the workmen. I felt safe trusting them alone in my house, which was the main thing. They were pleasant and friendly, and I can't complain about the their work. There is inevitably a bit of to and fro on an insurance claim, but the office staff did their best to answer my many queries.promptly. My only quibble was a minor job that was dependant upon communication between two different companies and the insurers, which wasn't finished to my complete satisfaction, but it does not seem fair to blame Capital for this, as in fairness they tried to rectify the issue for me..
