LG73WHA-Well done for mounting the pavement at speed in Portsmouth Road Esher at 3pm today so you could overtake 3 cars, extremely dangerous driving.

Just had an encounter with a driver of one of these lorries, was the rudest most intimidating experience. This lorry was parked across a PRIVATE driveway which we each pay to park down, I was bibbing my horn for 5 minutes whilst 2 men were sat in the lorry not moving. I finally managed to squeeze my car behind the lorry. I then approached the lorry, to which the young man was rude and aggressive. I made him aware more people would be coming and would they kindly move the lorry. I then crossed the road an the driver of the lorry began shouting at me across the road "happy now love" in an aggressive manor, then started hurling abuse at me all in front of my colleague who I was with. I told him I would be making his employer aware of his behaviour. Intimidating young women is vile, and this man needs to be dealt with. An absolute shocking experience!!!

Welcome to Cappagh where you can block a disabled access and all without any notice and in violation of Code 27 - and 40 minutes later still there and not moving despite knowing. Well done

Cappagh were chosen by SGN to reinstate my front garden.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rich for his professionalism and his excellent customer service. He did the most amazing job and I am thrilled with the outcome.
There was another team that also filled in a large trench and took soil away..they did a good job too.

Absolutely dreadful, they are bunch of inconsiderate bullies. Hardly do anything all day except make inconveniences for everyone else. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid these clowns at all costs. They must be on day rate as there have been days where they’ve not even turned up at all. Dragging it out as long as possible. Untrustworthy bunch of scam artists.

I was driving on the A31 Towards Guildford just before the A331 exit and some debris flew straight off the back of the truck and into my windshield which has chipped my windshield. I attempted to get the drivers attention so we could pull over and I could let him know what’s happened, but he did not notice me before I turned off. I have tried on numerous occasions to speak to someone on the Cappagh phone line to get the issue resolved and to be reimbursed by the damage however the staff were less than helpful and continuously said “The traffic office isn’t available right now, can I take a message?” Ive left a message and left contact details and days have passed where no one has got back to me. After calling again today, I was told “The traffic office isn’t available right now, can I take a message?” I was understandably baffled at the fact no one was available again, the woman posed the question “They’re potentially on lunch” as if to suggest maybe they had been on lunch for the past 3/4 days as I had received no response. I am still waiting on someone to contact me to resolve this issue.

Awful service, absolute shambles of a helpline and from what I’ve read already in other reviews and from what I’ve witnessed first hand, your drivers aren’t up to the plate.

The drivers are maniacs. The tipper driver in Aldershot decided they didn't want to wait for the traffic lights to turn green so drove through on red, jumping the queue of traffic and almost causing an accident. Stay well out of the way of the Cappagh lorry's for your own safety.
