A company that plan to build 130 homes on green belt land in Bembridge when a maximum of 80 were recommended by experts. Their plans were opposed by the local council, MP and English Heritage. They have aggressively misrepresented local protesters in the press claiming they are against development, when locals actually want small homes for young people. In the planning meeting a councillor had to withdraw their support due to the lack of small homes.
I listened to the opinions of owner James Pink and CEO Iain James Delaney in the planning meeting. In my opinion the former is motivated solely by greed and the latter is reprehensibly aggressive towards anyone who disagrees with him.

“ Captiva build shoddy houses and should be shut down , the house they built as west acre are terrible. Every house needs never cavity trays , new floating floors and fire stopping “ they bodge results to get them through cml and pay premier more money to get the cmls. DONT BUY. They also claim to be a nice business but they don’t pay suppliers or contractors. They will do what they can to make money even while putting people under
