Lived in th cc house for years there really slow at doing anything. Just now a worker come to cut nexted doors hedge because someone new moving in an the only cut half of the top of bush of because its in-between our Houses so I have to cut it even tho am disabled an use walking aids and they were right there with tools in hand just pure lazy. . Half a job now cc. It's says they care about community but don't care who they sub let jobs too an have no control over the people coming in an out your house leaving rubbish every time they come to do a job ; wires ,lights concert general builders waste that's should be taken away buy contractor when they finish job .

Just walking my dog past some of your properties, there has been an amount of plastic bottles scattered for days, I saw a CC representative picking them up, good for her, she deserves recognition we need more conscientious workers like this!

I have lived in my flat since 2003 and the standard of the services and help from Cartrefi Conwy have been shocking. From broken down boilers to noisy neighbours, they deserve minus 5 stars. How do they sleep at night when we have to pay for their arrogance.

Tried contacting Cartrefi x 3 times and no answer regarding an emergency so had to contact transco who in turn told me to contact the gas safety no who also isn't answering their phones... Not good at all covid or no covid someone should be answering the calls especially in an emergency. After I sent this review of 1 star I had a call back and they were very efficient and dealt with my repairs straight away and they sent a lovely lady plumber that was so organised so on this I would put my review up to 3 stars now

Should be called cartrefi con, arrogant staff, harrassed tenants getting charged for work they didnt even want, the list goes on ohhh and if you have the nerve to complain your threatened with eviction. Definately zero stars. HELP YOUR TENANTS NOT YOUR SELVES

The kitchen in our flat stank of sewage which was coming up from the pipes under the sink. After using all types of drain cleaners, we told cartrefi who didn't solve the problem and just told us to use more drain cleaners and hot water. Awful and useless.

Getting messed around. Boiler not working for four weeks now. Have lost count of the calls I have made to them. Not returned my call today. Totally displeased with their customer services team
