Rush their houses. No pride in their work. Look at this for the work of a five star builder. Even the site manager refused to fix this.

House overall is good but obvious snags were missed, obviously was a Friday afternoon house, with a "meh, they probably won't notice" attitude.

Saleswoman Carol was lovely, followup people Daisy and Lucas were great, but overall customer service was poor. Apart from those individuals,this is not a company that cares and pride themselves on a job well done.

Love the style of our house but the after service from Castle Green is appalling - I can't find the words to describe how frustrating it is to have to repeat time and time again what snags we have for them to just say to our faces that they will deal with it but then literally nothing happens. This has happened time and time again now and even involving the customer care manager and the customer service manager makes literally no difference. I wouldn't recommend buying a Castle Green home unless you're prepared for a long battle to even get the most basic of snags or damages completed!

We bought a property from Castle Green Homes a year ago this month, and we honestly couldn't be happier! The service from the beginning until long after completion has been second to none, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new-build home. Very happy customers!

Please think carefully about buying from this developer. We moved in with a newborn baby and the house was unfinished, unsafe and just generally of very poor quality. It’s been a traumatic battle trying to get the house up to standard and the company have very poor customer service and communications. We’ve lived here for 20 months now and the site still looks like a building site. Buying from Castle Green will always be one of my biggest regrets in life and I implore you to look elsewhere.

The pre sale process and staff in the show home was lovely and supportive and not pushy and cared about our choises and worries and answerd our questions honestly. We luckily moved in days after the first UK wide lockdown in 2020. The house had a few snags but nothing to big however post lockdown (August 2021) the simple snags have still not been fixed after numerous promises and visits. The estate is almost completed and a lot of other homes have large snags that are being ignored. We bought when the company was under the MacBryde name and we feel since the switch they have gone from family style business to cooperate minded managmemt who don't really care about quality and first class customer service. There Instagram page is also full of fake followers and likes... We have a very good size drive and garden for what people think of new builds but next time I would look for a slightly smaller company.

So unbelievably happy with our beautiful home! The team went above and beyond to ensure that we completed in time (just before lockdown due to Covid-19), as well as to resolve any issues we had after moving in.
The quality of build is amazing and the sales and customer care team are always so happy to help. We can't wait to spend many more years in our gorgeous new home!
