I had a front door fitted over 3 years ago. The door has not ever opened or closed properly and you have to throw your body weight against it to close. This front door poses a problem every day and I now use the back of my house to go in and out. If there were a fire in my property I am not sure I would be able to get out using the front door. I have repeatedly asked for it to be corrected but all I get is excuses, no fitter, new hinges are not available. They were supposed to call me on Friday but of course they didn’t. I will now be making a complaint to FENSA.

Really professional and friendly throughout the whole process, communication is key and lewis responded to messages and phone calls all day/night even at weekends to discuss ammendments and any general enquiries.

The windows and doors installed are really good quality and any issues were resolved straight away. And to top it off castle were significantly cheaper than the 2 other quotes I received from other companies (almost ½ the price of everest)

Could not fault Lewis and his team! Very efficient and communication was great. They are an extremely busy company so explained about the potential wait for availability, which we were happy to wait! The wait was worth it as we are extremely happy with the work completed! All done to a very high standard! Would highly recommend Castle Home Improvements 🙂

I’d give zero stars to this company if I could. We had a quote in March for a garage door. All fine surveyor came out again all fine. We waited a few months and I decided to call to find out how long the wait on the work would be. I got the same answer every time I called that the person I needed to speak to wasn’t in and would call back. They never called. Three weeks go by and we are in June. I have tried calling the sales man too, who kindly finally gets me an answer. The garage door was under priced.

I am so disappointed no one had the decency to call us and it took three months to find out why we were being ignored. If we had been called in March after the survey we could have made our decision if we still wanted to go ahead with the new price. It feels like our calls were ignored because they had no intention of doing the work for us

The reason provided for the lack of communication was one person thought another was dealing with it apparently my phone calls weren’t enough to remind them we needed to be told the truth of the situation

Don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like this from any other company and sadly are very disappointed

Took 4 visits for this company to sort its work out would not use again. Bending a down pipe bracket around a corner. Of house what looks disgusting countless phone calls Lewis Sophie and other people there. Avoid can’t even get the right down pipe brackets. Disappointed if I could upload the pictures I would. Awful
