Nationwide are out to install the remaining windows which are the living room, kitchen and bathroom, just had a call from from Nationwide to inform me that the Status gas engineer has gone sick and nobody available to replace him, this is the second time has the first time one was not booked, What should only take one day to fit ALL Windows as turned into six months and I am returning back to work after being of for three months. No one can imagine how pissed off I am?.. CVCHA as really gone downhill since Pioneer came on-board, What a joke, you just couldn't make it up.

Absolute disgrace of a housing association they don’t care about the tenants at all, especially those with severe mental issues and also disabilities. They lie, and make you out to be the bad person. Both managers I’ve dealt with were poor. Their policies are a joke, they don’t stand by them in any way at all and that was even said by a professional who has supported me. The repairs are a disgrace bodged jobs or half done constantly making it unsafe. You can never get through to them and the only time you can is when it’s to do with money. Be glad when I’m away from here stay well clear people

Appalled by the so called service that is offered to their tenants etc! The reviews about chasing for rent is 💯 accurate! But following through on their word with investigations, fixtures and basic communication is NON EXISTENT! I cannot comprehend how they are allowed to operate at such poor standards! Always want to do surveys about how good to they are and can manage to contact you for that.... But not when it comes to REAL ACTION WORK! It's a cowboy service!

C.v.c.h.a really do not care about tenants I'm classed as a vounerable adult with mental health probs I do hav to raise concerns regarding works that needs STILL doing nearly a year after reporting them they as a housing shud care more about there tenants after all it is us who maintain ther sheds of a property quick to collect arrears not so quick to make sure not just myself but a whole close estate of people with repairs still not been don't well iv got legal help as I'll be taking it further as my safety is priority I'd move off here tmoz if I could to all tenants chin up cvcha are actually a charity based team as for paying arrears they have full controll over it all seek possession hmm shame u can't seek to do home visits once in a while for ur most vounerble tenants oops who need things doing that don't have family CVCHA shud be ashamed of yaselfs.

I feel they don't listen to the residents. When you have a complaint, they have to be told several times, before they take any notice. Even then its unlikely anything will be done.
Repairs are done badly, just seem to be bodge jobs, just to save cash. In the end it will have to be done properly. So why not do it properly the first time.

An absolute pathetic excuse for a housing group! They can not even manage the basics of having a working phone line where you can get through! And when you are able to get through to them you deal with people who don't know what they're doing. You get told that your issues was noted, only for then to be told by someone else that it's not even been put on the system. The CEO is all for touting a mission statement when they can't even get the basics right.

As my landlord, i could pick at small issues but I'm giving a broad view. Housing stock is above a general standard. Properties range from early 60's to 2000's. The grounds are kept clean and tidy really well. They work closely with their Tennant's. The repairs could be better but they're are not to bad and they generally they work hard on your behalf.
