Danny’s team are a very hard working team. Start early and keep going throughout the day. A very versatile, nice group of guys and a pleasure to have around. Professional and achieve great results.
We had an extension, kitchen remodel to make an additional bathroom, remodel an existing bathroom, external insulation , patio & power to a log cabin. A very long and involved project that I am most happy with. ( the year before they replaced a Staircase , created an additional bedroom and reinstated a sitting room. Thanks to Danny and team 👍🏻

Danny and his team carried out work for us over the summer, laying a new patio and path in our garden. This was our second time of working with Chalker Construction, having employed them 10 years ago to construct a new front, side and rear extension. On both occasions, we have been extremely pleased with their quality of work, hence being keen to have them back. Danny provided clear communication throughout the project, and his team were very punctual, hard working (in all weathers) and respectful of our home. Ian took care and attention in the design/layout of the porcelain patio slabs, achieving a great finish. We are very pleased and have received several compliments on the job. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chalker Construction based upon our experience.

Danny and his team worked with my architect and building Control to convert my side garage into a utility room and shower room. The relationship between myself as client, Danny, the architect and building Control turned what could of been a stressful experience into a no hitch job.
Workmanship of a high quality. Danny constantly on site ensuring progress. Very tidy and courteous tradespeople used.
Value has been added to my property, but significantly a space that was not been used is now been used and adding a better quality of life for us in the house.

We hired Chalker Construction to build a new 3 bedroom house. We are extremely happy with their work, and the level of skill, knowledge and dedication to complete the job.
Danny and his team were brilliant. They completed the construction well within the agreed time frame, discussed all aspects with us, supported us with sourcing deals for bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings allowing and supporting us to remain within our budget.
Any issues that arose were promptly brought to our attention, along with ideas and solutions. He listened to our thoughts and gave us valuable professional insights to aid in this project being a success. Danny and his team ensured that the construction process ran smoothly and efficiently.
They are kind, thoughful, polite, friendly and professional. They were always happy to answer any questions we had, and always worked hard.

Danny was quick to reply to our initial enquiry and promptly did a site visit. All his team arrived on time, then after a good days work they made sure to leave the house tidy. Each task was carried out thoroughly and to a high standard. The plasterer did a very good job as did all of Danny’s team. Would highly recommend.

I employed Danny and his team to replace a worn out decking set up with a smaller decking area and a paved patio area which would better suit our needs. Some new fence paneling was also installed. Danny sized up the job and gave a quote promptly. Danny's team were punctual, friendly and worked hard to deliver an impressive result. Danny was also able to create solutions to problems left by the prior construction. Would use Chalker Construction again and indeed have sought quotes for other work since the patio work was completed. 👍
