BEWARE!
At first I was delighted to find a builder available but it was all downhill from there, requests for quotes were ignored and communication was appalling from the outset. Eventually I decided to part company. Then I discovered they'd laid a floor incorrectly (confirmed by the supplier) by which time I'd foolishly agreed to pay for the work already completed. Calls went unanswered and messages ignored - even the office were obviously told not to take my calls. Effectively they walked off the job leaving the floor, snags and other work that had been promised unfinished!
If you require someone available and apparently 'ready to go' you might be tempted but prepare yourself for months of stress.

They had a joiner fit my kitchen sink instead of the proper kitchen fitters, sink was forced into place, bending the copper pipes behind and causing a leak, upon discovering said leak about 3 weeks later damage had already been done to the backs of my new cupboards. Plumber I had to get round to fix it couldnt believe what they'd done. Phoned chambers and Harrison, about another matter as it happened, skirting board that's been put in place with the incorrect nails and has pinged out of place, was told to wait until tea time of the same day and someone would be round, never turned up and just ignores my calls now.

Rang for building advice and was dealt with very courteously by Lucy who took my details and passed them onto Paul .
Paul came to look at the plans and the building and was very positive , polite and had plenty of ideas about how you approach the work .
I’m currently waiting for a quote but I have a feeling I’ll be using this company
