We have had to put up with one of this firms sites for a year and a half now, we have endured constant swearing. Diggers working on a Good Friday and sub contractors smoking constantly onsite. We have tried to engage constructively but the issues persist.

They devastated our boundary hedge nearly 2 years ago. As a neighbour of Kumsr development just 12 paces from our back door we have suffered the consequences of their attitude. No boarding, no fencing until we asked, no dust sheets , no use of a water bowser earth tremors from their machines/rollers, etc etc etc. The hedge had not been repaired and we are still open to trespassers. They won't replace the hedge with a fence. They won't repair the holes.

I write this review while I try to sleep in our brand new house completed February 2020. And it sounds like it's about to fall apart. We've had minor issues but the biggest is how poorly the cladding has been fixed. After months and months of complaining and even proof of audio to show how unbearable the noise is they finally agreed to have someone sort it and then nothing. No update no acknowledgement of emails. You invest in a brand new house and the after care is appalling. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a new build if it has Chartway’s on it.
I'm all for giving people chances and accepting errors and I certainly have empathy given the current situation of covid. but I really am disappointed in how this company has conducted themselves. Especially early May when they were pushing and pushing to complete the sale when it was clear they rushed the house and even left behind a used door and cupboards doors.

One word cow boys. Every fix they did To my house is a bodge they fix mirror to the wall with grip fill emailed numerous times with no reply! The shed was falling apart after 13 months all I wanted was the suppliers name and got no answer no I have to pay for a new one!
