I was put on to Chase heating by another one of their customers and I can't recommend them enough. From start to finish, the service has been first class. Clear communication and timelines that were kept to. Due to some unforeseen oddities of our chimney, the installation was problematic for the team, but they found solutions to the snags and carried on calmly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class service from Chase Heating right through from sales to installation! It was easy to book a showroom consultation online and I was really pleased with the information I received when I visited the showroom. The staff advised me and helped me choose the right woodburner for my home. They were also very easy to get in touch with on the phone whenever I needed to ask questions post sales. My showroom visit was followed up by a site survey by fitter Dan who was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable - I really trusted his advice and suggestions. I was extremely impressed by the fitting carried out by Dan and Steve - they were expert at their job and extremely tidy. They respected my home and left everything sparkling clean - great attention to detail! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chase heating again, and highly recommend them!

No communication or follow up visit as promised when we went in to enquire about a burner/installation. It's been nearly 2 weeks since we first enquired and was told someone would he in touch within a few days, as a result we have gone elsewhere and they have lost a sale!
