Martina is a gifted designer combining imagination and creativity with form and function. I had fantastic fun working with her on our kitchen design.
And Paul is a perfectionist. Nothing was too much trouble and his expert eye meant that our sometimes outrageous ideas became a reality.
Cannot recommend Martina and Paul more highly.

We have lived in our house for 20 years and needed a refresh. Initially, we were looking only to get a new kitchen. However, we then thought it would be a good idea to change a few things too. We visited several companies (some even recommended) to get some ideas. However, there was no inspiration out there ... until we happened upon Martina.

We met up with Martina at her (now ex) workplace. She was extremely professional, thoughtful and considerate. She patiently listened to our ideas, and incorporated them into the design. But, she added a whole lot more and we’ve been very impressed with what we ended up with – our dream kitchen. She also advised we speak to Paul Chilvers about the alterations we were thinking about.

Paul has a very down-to-earth ‘can-do’ attitude. There is literally nothing he won’t seriously consider taking on, and he and his team work very professionally to complete all their work in a tidy, timely and professional manner. He bends over backwards to accommodate your requests and ideas, and brings them to life. He is very practical. Not only has he installed our kitchen and completely changed the lounge and dining area configuration, we were so impressed with his work that we got him to also change 4 of our bathrooms too! We now have a beautiful home and look forward to spending another 20 years there!

My family and I would very highly recommend Martina and Paul at Chilvers Construction Limited to anyone considering any type of design and/or building work. At a time when there are so many different contractors and it is difficult to know who to choose, for us it has now become a very easy decision to always just choose Martina and Paul.

Turning your thoughts and wish list into a reality is a talent and Martina has that vision. Paul will make it all happen with skill and attention to detail.
Listening and having open communication throughout allowed us to relax and feel part of every decision. Any obstacles were met with positive responses and above all solutions, nothing too small or problematic.
From en-suite to kitchen, utility and office plus many other tweaks and enhancements along the way, we are thrilled with the outcome. The Team did a great job!
We would recommend Paul and Martina to anyone.

We have been using these guys over the last 8/9 years, they have carried out several projects for us including ,
large extension ( including several steel beams etc ), complete kitchen installation, en-suite replacement , bathroom replacement, lounge transformation and decoration, and they have just completed a W.C. replacement.
We cannot speak highly enough of Martina ( designer ) and Paul . Martina designs your project and comes up with brilliant ideas and options tbh , and Paul and his team carry out the building project to an absolutely excellent standard.
We cannot praise or recommend these guys highly enough , and we wouldn’t even contemplate using anyone else for a home ( or business ) renovation ( or complete house build ) project .
All in all they design and produce an excellent job at a reasonable price.
