シャンプーがしっかり洗い流されず、後ろの髪に残ってしまい、シャンプーの成分が皮膚に残留してアレルギーやかゆみを引き起こしてしまいました。

このお店に2回訪れました。1回目のサービスは満足でき、とても丁寧でした。しかし、2回目の際に女性アシスタントが非常に雑にシャンプーを行ったため、このような結果を招きました。私にとって大きな迷惑となり、何度も病院で薬を処方してもらう必要が生じています。

今回2度目の来店です。前回のカラーは色落ちも可愛く綺麗な状態が長待ちできました。仕上がりがとても綺麗で髪の毛の状態を見ながら希望のカラーへ仕上げてくださいました。

いつもお世話になっている美容院です。

美容師さんみんなとても明るく、話しかけても楽しくお話して下さります。
カラーやカットなどお任せしてしまうことが多々あるのですが、いつも良い感じに仕上げて下さるので安心してお任せしています！

黒染めやカラーリムーバー、ブリーチなど酷い経歴にも関わらず、1年足らずでとても綺麗な状態まで持ってこられたのはcinqの皆さんのおかげです、本当に感謝しています…！
