I was given an excellent price for my valuation and was able to pay and book in really quickly. I then had my valuation done by Sean, who was so professional. He arrived in the appointment window, was really friendly and helpful. My full report was with me 2 days later. The whole process was done within a week, so much faster than I anticipated. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know that requires valuations or surveys.

We've used CJ Bloor twice and have been very impressed both times (level 2 and 3 surveys). The first house fell through, but their report was thorough, and they kept us informed throughout. We didn’t hesitate to use them again for the next house.

We were in the final stages of buying our dream home, and contracted CJ Bloor for a Level 3 survey. The property was a 125 year old townhouse, with the most beautiful open plan kitchen that was less than 18 months old.
From sending the first email to CJ Bloor, communication was excellent, Claire went over to the property with a colleagues and delivered a 98 page report back to us, rich in detail, photos, and wrote it in a way that a non-expert can understand.
Sadly, the report highlighted some serious structural concerns with the property, requiring £100k-£150k worth of repairs, including ripping out the beautiful kitchen, and so the cost of the survey has just saved us from serious financial heartache, and years worth of stress.

Onward and upwards, without a doubt we'll be contracting CJ Bloor for the next property, and keep our fingers crossed that it doesn't require anywhere near as much work.

The survey and report were done on time. The report was extensive and easy to understand. I am, however, disappointed that the surveyor did not use a drone to get a thorough look at the roof, as other surveyors do. They said they could not get access to see the back of the roof, but this is actually easily done on public ground.

Amazing service. We had many issues with the owners we were looking to buy so was in constant contact with CJ BLoor. Every time I spoke with them they were informative, polite and a pleasure to speak to. We received the report the date they said with no issues. Would definitely use again!
