We wanted some items, that needed a skilled carpenter, for my narrowboat. I saw some photos of Dan's work and could see the quality of the finish. I don't know how Dan managed to measure them so quickly and then build them so perfectly, both in how they fit and how they look, but he did!
As they were built off-site, getting the work done and fitted was as painless as could be.
We are really happy with how they look, and complement the rest of the boat.
The work was beyond our expectations.

Dan and his team made a great job of refurbishing my kitchen,- in a house not on a boat but still short on space. He worked to my budget and came up with good ideas as to how to stretch it a little! We used a mix of ready made and bespoke cupboards and drawers. The building team were excellent, they always arrived promptly, did beautiful neat work and left the place spotless.

We contacted Cluett Carpentry over a year ago to re-do our bathroom our our narrow boat.
Dan was in contact in no time, very friendly and given us lots of good advice on what to do or not based on what we wanted. We employed him and his team without hesitation. We have since February 2018 a new lovely bathroom - full fitted shower & sink, build-in wardrobe.

Dan and his team were prompt, professional and friendly. They made us an entire fitted bedroom with all of our specifications for access and personal preference taken into consideration, and then an entire wall of bookshelves for a canal boat. Not only were they sure to abide by regulations outside their control (BSS legislation) but made the whole process a pleasure by removing all worry from our end. They completed the work in record time, and have stayed in touch to ensure we have all the info for maintaining the work properly, and in case we have any questions. The carpentry is absolutely beautiful and extremely sturdy.

Dan did an amazing job! He removed, replaced and repaired a curved window from a houseboat ..... all bespoke work, nothing was easy but Dan completed the work from start to finish. Excellent workmanship, fantastic carpentry and I have ne reservations about recommending him. A fantastic experience.
