I cannot fault Co Create. They were very patient with me whilst drawing up the plans as I wasn't really sure what I wanted - only that I didn't want what we had. Jamie was always willing to talk through what he was doing and when the plans were ready he explained them in a way I understand. We had to re-draw the plans slightly as the planning department weren't happy with the first set but this was no problem to Jamie. I would definitely use them again should I be in need of an architect as they were professional, helpful and very friendly

We have recently used Co Create for a total reconfiguration and renovation project of a village property outside Newton Abbot. As a village centre house, we were seeking to bring character to the existing overly modern external look of the property to match the surrounding period properties. Internally, there appeared to be too many limitations to achieve an en-suite, and a more functional use and flow to the other rooms and spaces. Co Create presented an amazing and creative solution which has beautifully re-imagined the external look of the house. Their ideas for the internal layout has not only created the en-suite, but at the same time has enhanced every other area of the property. Communication was excellent, with Co-Create also handling all planning matters whilst allowing us to make use of their considerable network of supporting expertise. We have no hesitation to recommend.
