Cobbydale converted our single story garage into a 1 bed studio flat, we were hoping for a quick seamless piece of work but unfortunately so much went wrong and needed revisiting several times. They promised so much but delivered very little. The build took 3 months longer than the estimate, overall a very stressful experience I wouldn’t recommend them.

Absolute attention to detail on every account. Steven went above and beyond, with first class recommendations, quality work and outstanding customer service. Gave an accurate figure on works to be carried out, made recommendations on ways to save money but with no corners cut!! Can say without a doubt I would 100 percent trust these guys to carry out any further works for me. So pleased with my works! Thankyou

Beware quoted me 6000 to refit and point ridge tiles and fit 4 facia boards on a bungalow due to my son and I not being well we paid a deposit of 1500 for work to be done once the property had been purchased and before we moved in to make it easier on us. Due to issues found out before purchase sale fell through. Contacted company only to be told no refund . Reckoned he had purchased goods for bedding ridge tiles 8 weeks before job was to be done

Expensive job where damp comes through ten times worse than before. Wanted to charge a lot more to put it right. Good sales talk but poor work throughout.
