We asked Jamie to build us a small fill in extension to give us a downstairs shower & toilet and utility room. Jamie stood out from the other builders we asked to quote in his positive approach and contribution of ideas. He and his brother prepared plans and submitted them so we could obtain a certificate that showed planning permission was not required. The build process was pretty much trouble free and any problems that occurred were sorted out promptly. Jamie’s team were skilled and friendly. The work was completed to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the result. We would strongly recommend him.

Overall very happy with Jamie's work and from start to finish can tell Jamie cares about the customer being happy and the end result. Jamie was very helpful in working with me on the options for the build and materials taking care to try to match in well to existing brick and roofing. Considering there is a number of moving parts including other contractors and suppliers, everything largely went to schedule and plan with good communications. I would recommend Coe Construction

Jamie was extremely professional, informative and friendly from the moment we met him and all the way throughout. Jamie and his team renovated our entire house and built an extension. During that time, Jamie was always contactable and helped us with every question we had. He made the entire process easy to manage through himself, in what would normally be a very stressful time. He had an entire team to manage the project from building to decorating and we did not have to worry about finding multiple people to do this. Overall, Jamie would always keep us updated as to what was happening, solved any problems that occurred and was genuinely very nice to work with. Jamie and his team were so good, that we recommended them to others already and will continue to do so!

We asked Jamie to give us a quote for an extension for our kitchen, he arrived on time and gave us a quote which was very competitive. Jamie started the work during January and kept us informed throughout the build on how things were progressing, and asked our view to make sure we were happy with what he planned to do as he went along. The build went very well and took a bit longer than expected due to some very cold days where no work could be carried out (not there fault and a testament to there standards). Jamie is an excellent bricklayer and the work was finished to a very high standard. Jamie and his team are very particular about their work and went out of there way to get the job done. We are very pleased with the finished extension and highly recommend Jamie and his team from Coe construction if you are planning a project.

Jamie quoted us for a large extension onto the back of our house, he was always prompt with timing, well mannered and kept us on board with the process all the way throughout. We were worried about having to get multiple tradesmen in to complete the work and that Jamie would just be doing the brickwork for us, thankfully he was able to do the whole extension and we could not be happier with the quality of work. Would highly recommend, my wife and I will definitely have Jamie back should we need any more work doing!
