I was extremely nervous starting a house renovation as I have no experience of building work whatsoever. From initial contact and throughout the project, they have been professional, courteous and helpful with outstanding workmanship.
Chris came up with some brilliant ideas during the build, which look stunning. The team have the highest quality of workmanship. A special thanks to Laura, who was amazingly patient, helpful and kind. She responded to all questions quicky and efficiently, whilst juggling a huge amount of tasks (I don't know how she does it!).
They made my house renovation a really positive experience and they are how builders should be.

What can I say. From day 1 of meeting with the Architect to leaving my new home 2.5 years later the experience with Collyer Construction has been amazing. The support Chris gave me through the planning and design process was second to none.

From Day 1 of the build all the team arrived promptly in smart branded clothes. Everyone was polite and helpful and explained everything they were doing. All the subcontractors were also professional and punctual.

The quality of all aspects of the renovation was top quality. From initial strip out of the house, roof, carpentry, painting, plumbing and decoration every element was of the highest quality. In life you 'get what you pay for' Collyer aren't the cheapest but the value for money was excellent. All my expectations were met by their professional, experienced and friendly team. They even loved the dog.

When they left the build I missed seeing them all everyday. It's not common practice I would imagine to invite all your builders back for an end of build party but by the end I considered them all friends. I can not recommend Collyer Construction enough. On behalf of me and the dog thank you for rebuilding our house into a lovely home.

Amazing, Collyer Construction have been fantastic, from the first moment we met Chris you could see his years of experience and knowledge really shone through and was competitive with his quote. We signed with Chris and work started, the team were always very knowledgeable in their individual trades, they were always punctual, tidy and accommodating, even keeping the oven and sink in place until the last minute to give us facilities even though we had no walls surrounding them. If the guys came across an issue they only came to me with a solution, taking the worry away. Project took 6 months only 2 weeks over schedule which was amazing.
