Very professional surveyor, had great availability and surveyed our purchase in a very timely manner. Tom then called with a summary of his findings before sending us a very comprehensive report. With the information Tom provided we were able to negotiate on the purchase costs which freed up funds to complete the repairs the property needed.

I used Tom to carry out a level 2 survey on a property I am purchasing. Tom had fantastic communication all the way through the whole process.

His report was very detailed and the use of the drone is a brilliant idea and a real strong USP compared to other companies in the area.

His turn around time was also very fast and his price is very competitive. I would highly recommend using Tom and I will be using him again in the future.

Tom was really flexible in finding a suitable date to view the property. He was thorough and provided the report in a timely manner.
