Just picked up my Electric orange Focus ST and must say its and excellent colour match (extremely tricky colour to match) and the quality of the work is excellent. Car was returned to me valeted as well.

Just a quick review to say how delighted I am with what your team has managed in such a short time to resolve. This has been a stress free service during stressful times and has been very much appreciated.
I did not expect for my car to be clean upon arrival (and it was a mess before getting to these guys) but they have even taken the time to have a clean around and sort my car mats out. Which quite frankly I was amazed by. All contact with staff from the team has been great, short and sweet but very much mindful.
I couldn't be more impressed with my service and I appreciate the extra details so much!
They have even kept in touch with my insurance for me, relieving a multitude of stresses!

It is clear to me that the company and it's employees are passionate about what they do. I will be recommending commercial contract engineers Ltd, to everyone I know.

Had a job completed under my vehicle insurance when it was under the name fixauto, same team different name now, but i have had to have the repair completed 4 times and their ceo/chairman will not respond to my complaint.
I will be contacting my insurance company to raise s formal complaint and i will contact the motor ombudsman to see if they are a member.

*Update* insurance company paid out for a repair elsewhere. The repair completed here, was laughed at by the technician.

Obviously didn't assess the damage before taking the job, didn't order the correct parts then caused delays as they "found" more damage than they expected and had to order those parts too but had to wait for insurance sign off as it doubled the bill

My car went in because it had been involved in 2 accidents. Fix Auto Rochdale have done an amazing job, my car looks like new and I couldn't be happier. They also MOTd it and the offer interest free finance 👍 Great service.
