Excellent and professional service.
After receiving a few quotations for an extension, redesign of the ground floor, hallway, utility room and garage conversion I went with Complete property solutions. From the start Gaz was punctual, approachable and knowledgeable and remained so throughout the project. The price he offered me is the price he stuck to throughout.

Dave, Phil and the whole building team were professional and worked at high standards. They answered any questions we had and solved any problems we had throughout the build. We are happy with the work they have carried out.

I would use this company again for future building works.

The best company we have ever had do work for us. Everything that could possibly go wrong for us leading up to this build did. Thank God for these guys, they've sorted everything from start to finish. The extention looks incredible and every single one of the workers we came in contact with was polite and extremely knowledgeable regarding the work they was doing. We are so happy we opted for the hup build in the end as advised by Gareth due to us having very limited space - it's worked so well and utilised the space we did have to the maximum.
The most reliable, polite and trustworthy builders around! Won't ever go to anyone else now - thank you Gareth and team!

What a fantastic experience! Right from the start we knew these guys were for us, Gaz was great at putting us at ease and helping us navigate through the project, when we literally had no idea what we were doing half the time. We had a 3x8 metre single storey extension, including a toilet, shower and they fitted a new kitchen too. Everything happened when the guys said it would, no delays, workmen on site promptly most days and everyone was just so friendly! The project started on time and progressed well. We were kept informed throughout. Everyone was tidy and helpful, as well as mindful of our two young children. We now have a fantastic extension and we can’t thank these guys enough - the whole team are all brilliant tradespeople. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Gaz, Dave and team!

FANTASTIC so pleased ! We have just had our conservatory completed by Complete Property Solutions and from start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. Gareth has a professional, friendly, hard working team who have done a fantastic job. They really work as a team and clearly take pride in their work!
The lads were here by 8 am each without fail! The pics don’t do it justice really happy with end result . From start to finish we couldn't have wished for a better company to build our extension.

After an initial consultation Gareth took charge of the project and work began ahead of time, which was a bonus.

The planning was superb, the teams arrived in different stages as the project progresses. It all went like clockwork. We had no issues, all the tradesmen on-site were both amazing workers and great company too. Totally trustworthy and honest.

But it's the end result that matters, and these guys knocked it out the park.

This is the second time I have had Gareth and the guys from the firm come and do some work for me and they have been fantastic as ever. The job is really well done and everyone I have spoken to and who has been doing work on the house has been professional and all the guys are evidently experts at what they do. I have had my front door replaced, my front windows and bathroom window replaced and my very leaky chimney reflashed, pointed and the flaunching has been redone. Already the wet patch on the bathroom ceiling looks fixed and I am so grateful-thank you! I’ve added some before and after photos of the chimney which shows how much better it looks!
