Lee, Jake and Joe have done a brilliant job. The team were professional, friendly, organised and came up with innovative ideas to make the most of our space, which has given us more space and storage than we could have imagined!
The quality of work and finish is exceptional. They took our ideas and created bespoke storage which have enhanced our space. Time and care was spent on finishing touches and making sure everything sparkled.
We are beyond pleased and would highly recommend Concept Space Design for a loft conversion.

We are really happy with our L-Shape dormer loft conversion completed by Concept Space and Design.

After getting quotes from multiple companies, we chose Concept because they offered a competitive price, we loved how each of their projects looked so unique and on first meeting Lee he was personable, professional and very enthusiastic about our ideas for the loft.

Lee and his team (mainly Wes, George & Ross were on our job) were always very professional in the house, keeping it as tidy as possible after each day. We had multiple tradesmen in the house during the build and always felt comfortable with them, they were always friendly and approachable.

Lee was always available to talk through ideas and changes we might have, we wanted to maximise the light in our space, and Lee helped achieve this and make it our dream space!

The job they did was fantastic, we have gained a master bedroom with a separate walk in dressing room, and family bathroom. We are really enjoying living in the space!

We are delighted with our loft conversion completed by Concept Space and Design! We had quotes from multiple companies before we started but we went with Concept not just because they gave us the best price (they did) but because we felt Lee was the person we wanted running the project, and we were right.

Lee was always quick to respond and very happy to make adjustments to make sure we had the loft we wanted at the end of the day. For instance, we said we wanted air con from the beginning and he actually included it in the quote and organized the trades when other companies said it was just something we’d need to manage on our own.

All the guys working were great - friendly, professional, tidy and did a great job. We’ve since had other trades in and they all compliment the plaster or the tiling and even the silicon! The final job looks fantastic, really solidly and well built.

Finally, Lee is quick to reply even after the job has been finished, happy to sort out odds and ends and little extras for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Concept!

Lee, Jake, Harvey and all the team at Concept Space & Design have done a wonderful job converting our attic into a beautiful dormer loft conversion with a master bedroom and ensuite.

After meeting Lee at the initial consultation we were assured that nothing would be too much trouble for Concept when completing our loft conversion. They were able to accommodate extras and the bespoke requests to ensure our loft room worked perfectly for our family. Their quote was competitive and their references glowing.

We are over the moon with the finished result, the team went above and beyond to get the job finished to a very tight timeline as we were expecting the imminent arrival of our first child. Despite the tight timeline everything was finished to a high standard, and all snags were completed without an issue.

Lee & Taryn kept us up to date and were quick to resolve any queries in the run up to the build starting, once the work started Lee and the team were always on hand to run through plans, questions and concerns.

I couldn’t recommend Lee and the team highly enough, especially Lee’s attention to detail and persistence to make sure everything is finished to the highest standard and that the customer is happy. Lee returned multiple times once the job was complete to make sure all snags were resolved and the team went above and beyond to fit in our final jobs to ensure we finished on time.

After having our L-Shape Dormer loft conversion completed by Lee we also got them to renovate our existing first floor bathroom and they have transformed the space.

I enquired about this when we first spoke with Lee and again he offered a very competitive quote so we decided to go ahead.

This was done at the end of the main project using the same plumber who did an amazing job of the new bathroom in the loft.

We ripped out the bath, added a lovely shower cubicle instead to save space, changed the layout, increased the ceiling height and we are so happy with the end result, shout out to the tiler that Lee uses also as he has done a great job on the floor and wall tiles!

So happy we decided to go with Concept and Lee for this bathroom renovation as well as the new loft!

What can I say about Lee and his team? Our velux loft conversion was a big decision and Lee and all his staff made the experience the best it could be.
